Mechanical engineering graduate and postgraduate in business administration. I worked for Enfield India Ltd., Ashok Leyland, and LTM Ltd. (a L & T company). Over the last seventeen years, I have worked in the field of maintenance, as well as in other areas such as the procurement and implementation of ISO 9002 standards. L & T was one of the motivations for joining forces with Mr.N.V.Suresh to establish this organisation. Another factor is that they both did their MBA together. His experience and skills in the field of preventative maintenance assist the organisation in running without machine breakdowns. He has assumed responsibility for the whole acquisition, maintenance, heat treatment, and quality systems.
